Grunt Baby

So I haven't updated lately about our wonderful new Presley. I have this titled as Grunt baby because that sums up Presley pretty good and Ryan gave her that nick name. :) She is always making grunting noises. It is pretty funny, although it keeps me awake sometimes at night because I think she is waking up when she isn't.
At Presley's two week appointment, she had grown a whole inch since birth! Plus she was up to 8 pounds! She is doing so well. Brynlee is adjusting okay for now. She is still really excited to be a big sister. She was very excited to wear her big sister shirt today when she saw me pull out Presley's little sister shirt and has told Prestley every time she is awake that she is the big sister. Every time I change Prestley, Bryn has to race me down the hall to get the diaper first.
I am so happy that she is finally here. She is so much fun just to hold and realize she really is ours! Cute tiny fingers and toes to kiss again. Babies are so precious! I am so happy that In Vitro and prayers worked for our family.
Brynlee told me yesterday that when she grows up she is going to be a mommy too. It was really cute and it almost made me cry. Being a mommy is challenging, but ooooh so worth it!!! Take it from someone who has wanted to be one for so long. :) It is all it's cracked up to be for me at least. :)

Family

Here we are from a Family of three to our new wonderful Family of Four. Brynlee is so cute and keeps counting us. (She makes sure to make herself the number three each time since that is how old she is. ) We are so excited to start this new adventure with Presley in our lives. She had a Doctor apt. yesterday and is already back up to birth weight. She is so precious and I love watching Brynlee explore Presley's little hands and face and hair with her soft hands. She tries to be so careful and you can tell she is happy to be a big sister!
